Whole Body Cryotherapy basic package is our entry level 5 session bundle that is great for first timers, cryo skeptics, and for those who need an occasional session for maintaining results! After 5 sessions, you will also start seeing noticeable results in the decrease of pain from rheumatoid conditions and general injuries. While after a single Whole Body Cryotherapy session you may already feel less pain and feel re-energized, 5 sessions is normally the minimum recommended number of treatments required to push your body into self-recovery mode. For best result, however, we recommend 10 sessions.
