Toronto's First Dedicated Cryotherapy Centre
In 2013, Roman Gersh opened one of Ontario's first dedicated cryotherapy centres on Dufferin Street in North York. Most Canadians hadn't heard of whole body cryotherapy at the time. But Roman saw how a 2–3 minute session could ease chronic pain, restore mobility, and lift mood.
Over a decade and thousands of client sessions later, that founding vision hasn't changed. Cryotherapy Health and Wellness Inc. remains family-owned, independently operated, and committed to helping Greater Toronto Area residents unlock their body's own healing potential through safe, science-informed cold exposure protocols.
