Information, not medical advice
The content on cryotherapytoronto.ca, including articles, service pages, FAQs and videos, is for general educational purposes only. Our services are wellness services
Whole body cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy, cryofacial, red light therapy and compression therapy are offered as wellness and recovery services. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual experiences vary, and testimonials or client stories describe personal experiences, not guaranteed results.
Talk to your doctor first if…
You have a heart or circulation condition, high blood pressure, a cold-related condition, a seizure disorder, a respiratory condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects your heart, blood pressure, circulation or heat and cold tolerance. Please review our full list of cryotherapy contraindications before booking. Every new client receives a free consultation that includes a health-history review.
Emergencies
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department right away.
